In technology assignments empathy promotes understanding of the ‘other’, sharpens our capacity to relate and enables us to develop healthy working relationships.
The art of imaginatively stepping into another person’s shoes and seeing the world from their perspective is more valuable now from a software perspective than ever before and an essential component when work collaboratively.
